George Attilakos is a Consultant in Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics in UCLH and the lead clinician for the Maternal-Fetal Assessment Unit. He undertook his entire specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Bristol and the Southwest region. George was awarded the membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 2002. Following this, he conducted research in the field of non-invasive prenatal diagnosis for multiple and diabetic pregnancies for which he was awarded his MD by the University of Bristol. George undertook subspecialty training in Fetal and Maternal Medicine at St Michael’s Hospital, the teaching maternity hospital of Bristol University and was awarded subspecialty accreditation by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He worked as a Consultant in Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics at St Michael’s Hospital before moving to London and joining UCLH.
