Biography
Dr Ahmed Toosy studied medicine at Cambridge and St George’s Medical School before undertaking specialist neurology training in London.
He is currently a clinical senior lecturer at University College London and holds honorary consultant posts at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and Moorfields Eye Hospital.
He has sub-specialty interests in demyelinating disorders and neuro-ophthalmology.
Research interests: Mechanisms of disability and recovery in demyelination (multiple sclerosis) and visual disorders.
