Development of Translational Biomarkers of Disease Status in a Mouse Model of Huntington's Disease

Allocated Projects
Project Allocated in 2016-17

From March this year, the third and final scanning of a large cohort of HD patients will take place in a multi-centre study sponsored by CHDI. As part of this final scan, all patients will undergo a set of well-established as well as novel image-based biomarkers of disease progression. With this project, we intend to develop the equivalent set of markers, translated into HD mouse models.
